I love the service here especially from the front desk woman named Nicki. Whenever I have a question or if I need anything she’s so sweet and so responsive. She really made my family and I feel welcomed here. Would definitely recommend!
Love staying here! The staff is amazing, especially Nikki! She is always super sweet when needing help at the front desk. From getting more supplies that they offer to booking more nights! She's always smiling and making the front entrance very clean! The complimentary Breakfast is small but has just the right stuff to offer! Niki does exceptional work, very informative, and she's very attentive.
In 2023, we booked a room through Booking and got a confirmation message. When we arrived, they didn't even open the door for us, saying they were full. Anyway, they charged our credit card the full amount, and we are still waiting for them to respond to our messages and/or refund us. Not trustworthy at all.
It felt like I moved back to the hood! The hallways and all outdoor spaces reek of marijuana. The carpets throughout the entire establishment have not been steam cleaned this decade. If you see a wet floor sign, it's probably animal urine that they haven't gotten around the mopping up yet. The rooms appear clean but if you walk around barefooted, the bottom of your feet will be dirty in just a few moments. There's only one entrance and exit you can use at the front of the building.
