Arrived 5 minutes after midnight, and they called me a no-show. I waited almost 30 minutes, and then they said wouldn't be able to check me in for another 30 minutes, or more. It was at that point I told them I wanted my money back. After waiting another ten minutes, they said they'd do it, but it would take a while. I found another hotel, and we checked in. Hotel is filthy rugs are filthy and never gets vacuum floors never moped, the elevator is always dirty. The hallways always smell like Marijuana,
Extended Stay has outstanding staff, Niki and Kaley-truly the best experience.
Great customer service from the front desk and house keeping specifically Shandel and Kaley. They are very helpful and always kind. Kaley is very outstanding and helpful!
Rooms are clean, price is great. This place has helped me get out a really difficult situation. Super huge shoutout to Shandel, Melissa, and Amber - these staff have been so kind and helpful, always friendly and each of them went out of their way to make sure the stay went as comfortable and smooth as possible.
