Xzavion who works at the front desk was extremely rude to me. He would check me in on the rate I received online from extended stays actual website. He made me go back to my room and book it through the website in order to get that rate. After I had already told him that I was having problems with the app I feel that that was completely unprofessional he made no attempt to accommodate me. Sorry to say the staff here isn't great. First of all I stayed in room 133 The shower water doesnt get hot The dishwasher doesnt work The door doesnt close properly You have to really push it hard to make sure it locks There was someone who let the door just slam And there was a guy screaming and yelling at the person for 3 minutes straight from his room The door slammed again and you can hear the guy yelling and cussing again The room above me all day and all night you hear stomping around He was yelling too at who ever I have a young child asking me questions If ... read more
