Paid for four nights at this place My main complaint about the room is that On the third day, the place began smelling like a dumpster. I talked to the front desk person. There was nothing he could do about it so I explained to him that I need your mop and mop bucket. Because obviously he was not volunteering to mop the floor so I had to mop it myself. This place is terrible. Wet carpet in the hallways, rooms are dirty, dishwasher is disgusting, bugs,& roaches, noisy people, aggressive dogs allowed and not watched by their owner, poop everywhere, staff is incompetent to say the least, unwelcoming, unhelpful, rude, keys do not work and have to be fixed almost every time I need to get into my room. I'm here only because it's close to my hopital....Stay away! I'm sure that a better, cleaner place is available for your money.
This BS hotel will cancel your reservation and deny you check in even if you "pre paid". Does Extended Stay understand what "Pre Paid" means. You don't go and re sell the room so when a original patron arrives the room is occupied. I was delayed by the Phoenix dust storm and did not need this added inconvenience. Subpar hotel in an average area.
They should do an upgrade for this, the location is perfect for people visiting family at the hospital. But it getts really scary when its after hours because a lot of homeless people hang around here
Excellent staff! being prompt and courteous simultaneously is not always easy to balance but they do it here splendidly, Theresa in particular was quite wonderful and I’d argue better than any other Extended Stay in the PHX metro. Also dog friendly! Woof
