This was our 1st and last stay at an Extended Stay hotel. The floor smelled like a dirty diaper and the room was filthy and smelled like a rat. The bed obvious stains. Unfortunately i didn't read the reviews and we stayed bc we were so tired but we will never ever stay again. The only good thing about this place was Nikki who provided excellent service and helped me get a refund to get the hell out of there !!
This location is very horrible. The young guy at the front desk is rude doesn't seem to know what he is doing. Stayed there for 2 weeks, left for a week and tried to stay for another 2 weeks next thing you know they said I can't rent here no more without explanation. My first night there the bathroom line was leaking. Few nights after that ceiling was leaking maintenance said he couldn't do anything about it. Disaster A dump with vagrants hanging out around property
My stay was absolutely horrible, rooms were dirty, no warm water, bad odour there is need for improvement. As for me giving them a Star thus being dishonest.
Ok got in our room , smelled like cigarettes. Window covering are falling down. Furniture and sofa and cabinets need to be replaced. Went down for the advertised breakfast. What we found was a " grab and go breakfast ". Small bags of muffins and energy bars behind the counter. Said ok, I will gust get some coffee. They didn't have any cups so no coffee. Other than that, the place is great. 😬
