STAY AWAY!!! This Motel allows people to be noisy even in after hours. The front desk guy could t really do anything about it as he was the only employee on site. I chose a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed, right away I noticed that the sofa bed was missing the mattress. I was offered to get my room changed because there was no way I would get a mattress that night. The worst part of it was the stench the lobby the hallways and my room smelled awful. Please stay away and don’t make the mistake that I did.
Three weeks stay while finalizing an Estate, convenient location to the light rail, and main through fares. Welcoming and professional staff. Tom and Theresa are were helpful. This is the only Extended Stay, in the Phoenix area, My family and I stay at.
Teresa is literally amazing such a sweetheart !
