Amazing. I've stayed at ESAs for the past 2 months. I never expected this much from an ESA. The cleanest ever. And the WiFI actually works here. It's all because the people actually CARE. That is so very rare in this world. May God bless this franchise

I would like to start by saying, the Office Staff Is Amazing!!!! Very Friendly, Helpful and Compassionate. 🥰 I Praise them because when I had an issue with a Third Party Reservation, They Went Above & Beyond To Ensure I Had A Room For The Night! 😊 When I went to My Room, I was Pleasantly Surprised. As soon as I opened the door, I was welcomed with a Very Fresh Scent. The room was Immaculate. Kudos To The Cleaning Staff. They did an Excellent Job.
