This hotel no longer provides cooking items to use with the kitchen. We were informed AFTER check in that we would have to purchase those items we were also informed that breakfast is no longer provided- none of this was mentioned on the web site! The most upsetting part is that our assigned room reeked of cigarette smoke! The next room we were switched too was much better but we decided not to even stay there as we felt that other guest hanging out in the parking area were watching when we came and left which made us feel l... read more
Do not stay here!!! I told them we have a service animal when we checked in, they checked me in, then I wanted to extend one more night, I pay for the extra night, about 30 minutes later, they knock on the door saying, we needed to move to a dog friendly room?!!! All the rooms are the same thing!! And they wanted to try to charge me $200.00 for a PET FEE after we told the front desk we had a service animal at the time I checked in and they needed to do a whole new reservation. Not the best hotel for guests services. Charge for kitchen items, house keeping,phone calls. Sketchy.
We enjoyed our stay here!! Front desk reception were so kind and helpful. The room was great for what we paid for! No breakfast but a First Watch restaurant across the parking lot... Clean and calm area too! Would definitely stay here again
