I called to request my room number from a 2021 stay because I was assaulted at an Extended Stay. The manager refused to give his name, was extremely degrading and made an incredibly inappropriate comment about me “waiting four years to call.” His unprofessional and judgmental attitude turned a painful situation into an even more hurtful experience. I still don’t have his name but I called at 4:52 on a Monday.

Beds have bed bugs don’t stay don’t recommend!
The staff here are excellent; friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The location is convenient to everything you need within walking distance, such as grocery stores, movies, a gym, and restaurants. The hotel itself is not a 5 star resort (of course), but it's quiet, clean, safe, and a good value for the rate.
