Exceptional Service!I had a wonderful experience at the Extended Stay on Oak Street. A huge thank you to Laneisha at the front desk! She made checking in completely seamless and was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. It makes such a difference to see a friendly face and receive top-tier customer service. The property was great, but Laneisha truly made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

EDIT: got a BS response from corporate below. Give YOU a second chance??? How about you give ME a refund!!!! Original: Avoid at all costs. Truly nasty and unsafe. The property is strewn with trash. Pool green from neglect. People working on their cars in the parking lot. Vagrants wandering the property. The room reeked of weed. The door had no weather stripping so light and noise and people smoking weed and cigarettes came right in. The carpet was absolutely foul, stained, ripped, disgusting. They provided no towels. This particular location is the pits . AVOID HERE at all cost . They are set up for long term stays instead of short stays. Bring everything although they say that there and Extended Stay. The pool area is horrible and green with algae. There's people living here drug infested and hanging out. Be Careful
