Passing thru on my way Back from Tallahassee and decided to get a room instead of driving all night. I wasn't aware that I had to make a reservation. I thought I could just check in at counter. But the lady at the desk Nikki was very patient with me. She assisted me at the counter in making my reservation and getting dinner delivered through Grub Hub whom delivers for free to hotel. Checked in last night right as Ms Nikki was leaving her shift but she stopped to assist with checking me in. She even assisted me in locating a few night spots to relax after a long drive. Lobby was clean and smelt fresh. Room was nice and cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great experience today checking in. Nikki was so nice and great with navigating with the guests. I came in when it was a little crowd and she handled everyone with grace. Keep up the good work!!!

My experience was a very pleasant one. First the young lady at the front counter Nikki was so pleasant to deal with. Her smile and personality sold me before I even checked in. She accommodated my needs to the best of her ability. My room was very clean and comfortable. I’ll be sure to visit this hotel again on my next stay and hopefully Mrs Nikki is my attendant again. She’s a GREAT asset to this establishment.
