The front desk lady Carmen is rude and disrespectful the general manager sit there and let her talk to the guest and employees any type of way and does nothing about it Poor management I would never book a room at that location again

Great place to stay. Really a home away grom home when I am in the area. And the staff is like family.
I had a really pleasant stay at Extended Stay America Suites - Pensacola - University Mall. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving me a great place to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a positive stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back the next time I’m in the area.
