It’s not the best hotel I have stayed at but I have been to nice hotels where the concierge service did not match their rating. However, this hotel has friendly and informative staff. It’s not expected of an extended stay’s employees to go above and beyond. But this hotel is far more than what I expected for the price.

Elevator doesn’t work. And THAT’s something that should’ve been disclosed BEFORE selling the room. Bathroom/kitchen is DEPLORABLE. Mold is growing around the edge of the linoleum in bathroom, and kitchen. A/C stopped working. Neither of the windows in the room DON’T lock. People hanging out in stairwells smoking in a NON-SMOKING HOTEL(!) blocking staircases, and giving me shit (because I’m white!) causing THEM to have to move(?). Been standing at the desk to check out now for 25 minutes.

Don’t stay here! As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was dirty. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor and black mold on the refrigerator. The room was completely unacceptable. When I went to the front desk to request a refund because of the condition of the room, I told the employee I had taken a picture of the cockroach to show her. She replied, “That’s okay, I believe you,” which made it seem like she was already aware of the issue. That response was very concerning.

Just finished our family vacation to Pensacola and we stayed here and I couldn't be more pleased! From front staff to housekeeping everyone was exceptional and courteous and the rooms are very clean and id recommend staying here. Your right in the middle of everything you need to be around for vacation and the beach is literally 10 mins away. I'll be staying here again next year. Thank for all the excellent service from the Monger family!!!
