I had an incredible experience at the Extended Stay America in Palm Springs, and it’s all thanks to Mike. From the moment I arrived, the whole check-in process was smooth and easy because of him. He has been remarkably helpful the entire time during my stay, always making sure everything was handled. Honestly, I will be coming back to this location specifically because of Mike and the excellent service he provides. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about the guests, he’s the one!

Do not stay there! I booked a room though Hotels.com. I called them to confirm my reservation. When I arrived, they had given my room away. When I asked the person behind the desk what am I supposed to do, he pointed down the street and said "there are a couple hotels down there". I sat in the lobby calling other places until I found a room at the Renaissance. The cost was over double! The person working offered a free night at another time, like I would stay there again. Calling this place the Spirit Airlines of hotels would be generous. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the property was dirty and in disrepair. My room had visible dust and areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The hotel seems severely understaffed—requests for basic items like dishes and a hair dryer went unanswered. I had to call again the next day to pick up incomplete dishes at the front desk, and I didn’t receive a hair dryer until my last night. Staff mentioned they were out of pillowcase... read more

Die Zimmer müssten in regelmäßigen Abständen grundgereinigt werden d.h auch mal Möbel gewischt, Bettkopfteile gereinigt, Teppich geschäumt, unterm Bett gesaugt, Kalkränder aus Waschbecken etc.. Das macht es schon etwas ..bbbrrr. Lage ist super. Das man aber Küchenausstattung an Rezeption abholen muss, auch verwunderlich. Und... mir wurde zuerst gesagt " ausgebucht" aber bei booking, eigene Internetseite Zimmer frei. Dann erst auf Nachfrage, guck mal nach ob ggf. jemand stoniert.
