Since the second I walked in, I have been treated amazing! Sal at the front is very helpful and addressed my key issue immediately for my actual extended stay with them, and even communicated when my room would be available for my earliest available check in. I noticed the TV was a little loose on the bracket and offered to tigthen it with a screwdriver, and instead, the maintenance man, also named Sal and equally as kind, instead just replaced my tv with a bigger one less than an hour later! Brian was exceptional! Walked right into a very friendly and welcoming face. He hooked me up with all my basic needs (coffee, silverware, plates). He really made check in a great experience. This guy deserves a raise!
Not a very clean place
If you are looking for a Motel 6 type experience, then this is your place. Right next door is a Courtyard by Marriott. If that’s what you’re looking for this is not your place. Here is the quick summary. Slow service. Inoperable bathtub. The shower adjusts itself. In general, there are very few services unless you ask for them.
