The stairs are very dirty. They have not been cleaned in months.
I hope this wasn't like other Extended Stay America's, but I doubt I will ever chance saying at one of these again. Service was OK if they were paying attention. Coffee? No, the pot is broken. No ETA on a new one. Dishes for room from the front desk? No, they have no bowls. No pots to cook in. They gave me the last spoon, a coffee cup, a few plates and a fork. I love it here the staffs are all amazing and caring people who care for their customers. Rooms are big & comfortable.
Extended stay, Westwood, BLVD. Orlando Florida is where we stayed. Me and my family stayed there yesterday for four nights and it was horrific to say the least. We checked out yesterday, August 2 and we were down there for a death in the family. Unfortunately, our room was terrible not only was the toilet seat broken, but we had red roaches in the room.
