We arrived early in the morning, and the room was cleaned but the bathtub had hair, we called them to clean it but they never came nor did they come to clean our room any day. The area is great so many stores nearby.
Wish zero stars was an option. Booked this stay a month ahead coming in from out of state. I get a voicemail stating that due to unforeseen circumstances my stay is cancelled and the hotel will be closed then and “sorry” still waiting on the refund for the full stay that was already paid for. Tried to call location and the rep says is it is no longer an extended stay America and to call the location for information….
