HORRIBLE FRONT DESK PERSON AT NIGHT!!!!!! Don't go to the front Desk at Night at the West Katella Extended Stay America!!! If you want to pay or pick up a package you have received from Amazon, he will not help you!!!!! I have stayed there for over 2 years and have nothing but the friendliest and most courteous help until they hired a New Front Desk person about 2 weeks ago.
