Stayed here with a friend just a horrible experience overall
I wasn’t expecting to have such a serene environment given all the negativity I’ve read. Of course there is work to be done but I had a very comfortable stay. I strongly recommend
This hotel it's about location due it's walking distance to a commercial offices areas and Irvine AMTRAK stations just 2 blocks away , the attention must be better , I need to go to lobby 3 times , different days for "reprogram" the card key for enter into the room . I don't do the reservation but the beautiful lady a that help me with that ask for a non smoking 🚬 room and I could saw the marks of cigarettes turn off on the bathroom and over the kitchen. I have never stayed in a location so unclean especially in Irvine. I feel bad for the employees bc they seemed pretty overwhelmed overall. What’s impressive is how helpful and kind the staff remained. Management needs a little more involvement to ensure a higher quality experience and stay for the guest.
