A very big extra „Thank you „ to the maintenance man for helping us right away in a very friendly manner .
$25 per pet per day? So for two cats for one month just the cat fee would be over $1500! That doesn't include the cost of the room! To say you are pet friendly is an utter scam. ESA paperwork is not honored. The staff on the phone was exceedingl condescending. “Deep sigh,Let me explain this to you,” I understand the difference between a Service Animal and an Emotional Support Animal.
