Robbie at the front desk was amazing! She patiently helped me reserve my room and also helped me to get a folio for employment reimbursement. The hotel itself was very nice, although the vending machines in the laundry room ate my money. Also, most of the laundry machines and dryers were broken so maybe do your laundry elsewhere. Otherwise I had a lovely, quiet time in my clean room and I enjoyed the "grab and go" breakfast every morning.
Blood on walls, toilets don’t work, they let everyone smoke in the rooms. Constant smell of weed. Zero noise reduction. Every night I spent the cops end up removing renters. I also heard the front desk assistant manager force a 15 year old alone with his 4 year old sister, mother still at work told to evacuate the property in less than 15 minutes. Probably one of the dumbest company policies I have ever encountered. Went through a 3rd party. I dont normally mess witj the number of guests but it presets it to two. So I try to get my room, and they said I needed to two IDs because the reservation says 2, but its just one. So they cant give me my room. I didnt even have a second person listed, so by the company's policy I could just take any person off the street with an ID and then get my room, and they just leave. I will say the maintenance man is Awsome and helpfull and the staff during the day were decent however the staff at night are no where to be found I went several times to the front desk because the phone in my room wasn’t working and no one ever came to the counter
