NOTHING WORKS HERE!! Satellite TV doesn’t work (service goes out for hours, even when no storms around) WiFi doesn’t work (you get a weak signal sometimes if you’re lucky, constantly going offline. Rude employees
We booked our stay 3 weeks in advance and had booked an accessible room. When we arrived after an exhausting 13 hr drive, we were told our room was not ready. It was "undergoing a treatment" and she wasn't sure what for but she guessed bugs. She told us it wouldn't be ready til at least the next day (possibly a little longer) so they said we could have a different room, but that one wasn't accessible. Rooms are dirty so plain to clean yourself
Upon entering the establishment, one is eerily reminded of movies like "28 Days Later"... Alarm perpetually going off... Redundant security doors with locks, unlocked and ajar... Nobody manning the front desk... A setting very clearly used, but deprived of any energy or life.
