Booked through Priceline. Said they overbooked. When I tried getting my money back they told Priceline I was a no show. That's bad business.
Best place I have ever stayed, understanding staff, great location
I chose Extended Stay America for Valentine’s Day hoping for a relaxing stay where we could cook and enjoy a clean, comfortable environment. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. After reading previous reviews, I honestly thought some might have been exaggerated — but they were not. Every concern mentioned is 100% accurate. Will not refund my two nights. Room was filthy, no lights in kitchen and restroom. I've waited approximately 3 weeks even spoke to the manager in person yet he will not answer Priceline to grant a refund. I only stayed for an hour and just run down.
