Good stay
I went checked in and the Manager at the front desk is very professional. We had problems in booking but he helped us beyond my expectations. He is well deserved to be a manager. Without him we might not able to stay that evening. Thank you Mr. Edrosolo and See you next time.
I had a great stay
The pictures looked clean and welcoming but once we checked in it was the very opposite. The rooms were less than clean and didn’t match the pictures at all. It was also very loud and even though there’s a no smoking policy the hotel reeked of all kinds of smoke. The area was fenced in and offered 24 hour security but didn’t look very secure from the surrounding area. We didn’t even stay 2 hours before we left and found another place to stay. Manager didn’t offer a refund when we spoke, so we forfeited the night’s payment.
