Great customer from the staff especially Mrs Brenda would recommend to anyone to stay here
The manager Brenda Bonilla is soooo nice and very hard working super dedicated and she is always kind and makes sure the hotel is safe clean and treats us like family. I love her so much and I thank her for all that she does. Brenda Bonilla thank you for all of your hard work and dedication I see you. We need more bosses like her. She is amazing. Roaches every where. And thet have bed bugs
This place could benefit from an insect treatment. We arrived 20 minutes after 2pm, with a reservation. No line, no people. We arrived tired, and the receptionist who first helped us told us check in is not until 3pm, because our room needed to be checked, first. Wasn’t sure if the room was ready yet, and needed to check. We were told to come back in 40 minutes. The first room we were given, immediately upon entering, I noticed there were crawlies on the floor. Viewed at least 7 in the short time I was there.
