The front desk staff are really nice. Lanee and Bianca always look out for me and make sure I have what I need. Affordable place to stay while I'm in between situations right now. Convenient and near everything. Super clean and hskp is amazing. Love this hotel. Awesome love it here. Still here to this day
Bianca helped us when we made an error in our reservation. She was friendly and efficient, got us sorted out and relaxing in our room in no time!!
10/10 My stay here was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and every detail showed true care and professionalism. The amenities were top-notch, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
The first room I was given had an awful smell from dampness. There was gnats, a roach or two. It was dark and needed more lightinI noticed the carpet was wet. They claimed it was condensation from the AC. The room started to stink worse. They moved us to another room that had fleas. The smell of marijuana and other drug odors were suffocating and harmful to keep smelling every day despite all the rooms being no smoking rooms. Very pleased with the friendly staff during my stay especially Miss Bianca. I loved the quiet calm atmosphere and cleanliness of the entire building. Will continue being a repeat customer for the foreseeable future.
