Front desk was very accommodating
People at the front desk were helpful.
Very disappointing stay. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service was terrible, and I did not feel welcome at all. I would not stay here again.
Management, staff always friendly, knowledgeable, professional & helpful! The older house keeper on the day shift on the 1st floor is awesome she deserves a raise!
For the past year I've stayed here off and on and my husband and I have always been treated with the most amazing service. We're ALWAYS remembered even if it's been a month. The manager Robert is always so awesome and sweet when we check in. The new girls the have in the front are also very welcoming. This hotel is always our home away from home.
