Would recommend sleeping in the car against ever booking here again! Its 3:43 AM I have been awake all night because of people yelling , talking , fighting, partying. There is no one to call at the front desk because THERE IS NO ONE WORKING! My husband was told when he came in to confirm reservation the office would close at 9. Booked this location on a quick notice due to unexpected trip to Montgomery and this was the hotel from hell. Never again will I ever stay here when I’m in town. Booked a room and left for the day to come back to my things being balled up and thrown in the corner of my hotel room I booked. Card didn’t work so I went to the desk and the woman stated my room was closed out (repossessed). They told me I didn’t pay for the room but for one night. (Actually is was for two). We decided to give the place a try because reviews were pretty good for the most part. We had to wait about 15 minutes just for someone to come to the desk to get us checked in. She was, however, very nice when she was able to get to us. When we got to our room it was pretty outdated, the carpet had severe staining and the carpet baseboard was falling off throughout the room. These things I could’ve dealt with.
