The staff here is rude and disrespectful! The manager yells and talks in a disrespectful manner to you! They do not clean the rooms as they promise! No one is willing to help you, they walk around laughing at you and yelling!!! This is very very unprofessional someone had a room key to my room and stole items that I wasn’t compensated for and I provided proof. I was promised my room would be moved and it wasn’t!

The room was FILTHY, not cleaned. Someone must have had a birthday party, there were still used candles in the drawer with cake on them, same cake was all over the counter tops, sticky, wasn't even wiped down. Alarm clock had no face on it, couldn't set it if you wanted to. The floors were not vacuumed. Our non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Entire building smelled like weed. Sketchy people wandering around outside. Front desk worker unfriendly, sighing like we inconvenienced him by walking in the door. Paid $112.50 for one ... read more

We were not able to get towels due to the front desk being closed. It doesn’t open until 10am. So I had to run to target and spend money I didn’t plan on spending . and they charge for everything individually and we almost missed the hotel location due to no signs being by the turn. The hotel is behind the holiday inn express which can be confusing if you aren’t from the area. No staff at all in the hotel at not doesn’t see very safe imo.
