I am solely doing this review based on the excellent service that we received from the night desk lady Tracy. She was extremely sweet at what I usually refer to as agro hour, (between 2-5am) because if you are awake at that time you are always mad. But Miss Tracy was kind, patient, understanding. We ran into a problem and it was if no fault of this hotel but completely due to booking com incompetence, and she helped us come up with a way to fix an issue that booking themselves couldn't and wouldn't fix...
