Recliner broken, stove worked intermittently, 10 days still no housekeeping, given mis-match linens, when I would take them to front desk for changing.
Nice staff, however service is horrible. They run out of clean linens and provide dusty, icthy sheets that do not fot the bed or pillows. Reported that my stove was not working the maintenance man push burner in hatd, made it work for two days then it worked intermittently. Finally another maintenance came to my door never came 8n to check the stove. He decided he needed to replace it but tomorrow.... OVER $2,000 FOR ONE NIGHT???????? UPDATE! There is NO Excuse to have a rate that high! This isn’t a 5 star hotel. This is price gouging at its finest. I can assure you that I would never stay at your property in Lubbock or anywhere else…EVER. This is absolute PURE GREED!!!
