Terrible place.Carpet very dirty from the front desk to all the hallways
I’ve stayed here twice and both times the front desk has been extremely helpful and nice. But from the elevator to the rooms, it’s pretty run down. From the paint chipping throughout the place, to the bug next to the toilet, to the dirty walls, to the other dirty walls, I was pretty unexcited.. but here we were! It wasn’t until we were checking out that I was double checking under the bed to see if we left anything, and I saw the bottom of the bed -carpet thick with dust, old rose petals, and just trash. Don't get your hopes on breakfest here. Just oatmeal, muffins, fruit bars, and coffee. Grab and go what the front desk considers it.
I checked in sunday night around 9:30 i didnt get the receptionist name but she was amazing very sweet very Professional amazing customer service she said if we needed anything she would glady provided to us 10/10 ...room was clean and had what we needed
I have stayed here many times, and I always have a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean and staff is always very helpful. Sarah and Jonathan have both been awesome every time I stay.
