Great service very friendly
The prices here are not comparable to regular hotels — in many cases they are even higher, while the level of service is noticeably worse. For the same price, or even less, you can definitely find much better places to stay. One of the biggest issues is that basic room service and cleaning are not included. If you want housekeeping or other simple services, you have to pay extra. You also have to take out your own trash. It's a little rundown in spots, but it's well located and quiet for a good night's sleep.
I came here to stay with my family for 2 nights. Service was really good. I was allowed to check-in early when requested because I had a 2 year old kid. Great location and service.
Garbage. Literally garbage. When we walked in, there was trash all over the floor, the floor also smelt like cigarettes, and under the bed had over 10 water bottles, weird stains of substances, and the tv barely worked. We were sent to a different room, it was better but still concerning. Still trash and crumbs all over the floor, crumbs on the bed, etc. we then went to sleep.
