Shabby and dirty. Had to ask for everything. There was no kitchenware, had to ask for it. No dish soap or sponge. Had to ask for hangars. No suitcase stand. Dimly lit. Questionable location. Probable drug dealing taking place on the property. Men hanging around, smoking, cigarette butts all over.
Great place to stay!! Safe location, friedly staff, clean rooms with all the amnesties. Free and safe parking lot. Includes free wifi. Optional high speed wifi is also available though I didn't need any. Will stay in this place next time when visiting family and friends in Glendale.
Front desk agent lachai was awesome very professional and welcoming.
Angelina was so very helpful. The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is lovely. Very well located, quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel for future travel.
Clean and quiet but outdated. Service depends on who is working and sometimes it’s hard to find help but Lamont is nice and helpful. There is weak coffee, hot chocolate, tea, muffins, nutrigrain bars, and oatmeal every morning. Nobody bothers you and it’s a very good place for private working or retired people of any nationality.
