It was a pretty uncomfortable stay. Stayed for one night. There was poop smears against the bathtub and on the toilet, just below on the front. There was long black hairs in the bed. There was some sort of substance on the wall against the handle by the door knob. I won't be back.
We’ve just arrived to California from Florida and it has been a rough transition. Upon arrival to the Extended Stay location in Glendale, we were greeted by Casandra who was absolutely amazing. She provided so much information, showed excellent customer service and calmed my nerves. She provided information about the nearby locations and even gave advice on how to have a smoother transition. This experience was amazing from beginning to end and we will definitely be back!
