Jackie is awesome!
The house cleaning lady, Misty, is a sweetheart. I've been here since April, and from the moment I met her, her energy was high-level. She definitely worked hard and takes care of the customers that stay here at the hotel. To be honest, the whole staff is amazing, and it's a majority of women that work here. The only gentlemen are doing the maintenance, but as far as everything else, the ladies are handling it and running it with ease. I haven't had any problems out of these ladies, especially Misty. She's amazing.
The staff , especially the current manager, Adriana Vizcarra are very professional and helpful. My room is adequately sized and the closet size is larger than I expected.
Jackie is amazing! You need more people like her.
I've been here at Extended Stay America for eight weeks and I've had a great experience. The staff is awesome, "Manager Adriana" under her leadership I've been shown professionalism and integrity, that's what you want and expect at an Extended Stay. Great job management team. 👍
