I want to give special thanks to Lachai at the front desk for her excellent service—she was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciate the rest of the staff for their kindness and hospitality, as well as the housekeeping and cleaning team for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience!
I would like to thank you for your willingness and repeated help with the room key. It was nice to see a smiling lady at the reception. I witnessed an unpleasant situation from a dissatisfied customer and she remained professional and calm. And that is not always easy since she is always in front of the customer in most cases of dissatisfaction. Thank you Lachai
Customer Service is superb! General Manager Nikki was very nice, professional and patient. She keeps the place up and running while keeping it safe and clean. I highly recommend this Hotel.
Stayed for a week with roaches i told the staff about it several times didn't do anything?
