Arlene was here to help, she helped us get all the cooking items and was really helpful in informing us what was available to us.
Arlene was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful in getting me a room at the hotel. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate her excellent service and would definitely recommend her!

Hallways are smelly and disgusting. People smoke outside and it comes into the room. I got locked out when the lock broke. Took forever to get back in. UPDATE...I was told lock would be fixed, no problem. When I got back after work, IT WAS STILL BROKEN! No one, especially the Manager, bothered to contact me yo inform me about the ongoing problem.
