Jamon, maintenence is excellent. Jordan, Torrie, Eva, Yesminne and the entire staff is gracious and patient and kind. ,
The grossest hotel I've ever stepped foot into. Immediately knew it was a bad sign when the elevator smelled like cigarettes, the dusty, heavily stained carpet leading up to our rooms was the second sign. Entering the room, the floor was sticky, there were crumbs still on the chair, and the bed creaked and gave way like it should have been replaced decades go. Absolutely gross 🤢
Evan has consistently been a pleasure and always goes beyond when helping us or other customers. Everyone at the front desk is always nice, the property is always clean and if any issues arise they are fixed immediately. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.
