Cristine was amazing! She went above and beyond To make sure our experience was amazing! Thank you Cristine!
Stay away from this hotel! You will get sick if you stay in one of these rooms. No lobby area to sit or stand, front desk is also their Laundry room, very tight hallway and filthy dirty rooms. I noticed guest coming to the front desk with dirty laundry bags of bedsheets, blankets and pillow covers. This hotel must get shut down and go through a huge renovation work.
I always stay at this hotel when I work here. The staff is always friendly, everything is clean, and the service is excellent. Definitely 10 out of 10!
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and super attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay which is very surprising. The amenities were top-notch. Everything was well-maintained, clean and thoughtfully arranged. I wanna Thanks Christine and Mirit for their great customer service and being helpful.
