There was about 10 holes in the bathroom door on the exterior, I was up at 4:30 this morning. Take a shower for work no hot water very lukewarm. But the water out of the sink in the kitchen was hot and there was so much hair stuck to the side of the tub. It looked like a wig. Shower wall was missing half of. It’s finished look like It was chipped off.
I had a really pleasant stay at the Extended Stay near Burbank Airport, and Moksha was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and professional, and her friendly, outgoing nature really made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. It’s those little touches and that kind of hospitality that turn a simple hotel stay into something a bit more special. So, stuti!
Had to give kudos to housekeeping. Whenever I needed anything I could always depend on ISABELLE very fast , professional and accommodating VERY friendly great smile
Dear ESA America. I would like to thank Joseph in maintenance, who has once again come to our rescue. Our microwave broke down over the weekend and first thing, Monday morning, Joseph immediately replaced the broken microwave with a brand new machine. Poor service....rude....discriminated against due to my ethnicity....possibly will be looking into filing a lawsuit regarding me stay....they refused me service for an unspecified reason...I stayed solo...took pictures of my when I checked in and before I left...all time stamped from Google...so there was no damage whatsoever...checked out early...did not come out of my room ...fridge and stove where not used ..solely shower and bed while I passed thru town...Even after contacting corporate....because the company allowed me ... read more
