Did not like it at all
We stayed here during the Eaton fire. I appreciate that they took in so many fire victims, but the room had issues. Vent covers were missing and there were holes in the wall. We were on the 4th floor and every evening, when we would return to the hotel, our keys would not work, so we would have to go back down on the scary elevator. I gave it two stars because it was nice to have a kitchen, the hotel workers were nice and the location is good.

Amazing experience. Silva was incredibly accomdating.
If I could give a lower rating I would. We had rooms booked for the whole week Sunday thur Friday. Coming from 4 hours away we get a call and they tell us they overbooked and they didnt have the room that the American Cancer Society book for our stay. My daughter came to have treatments for the cancer she's battling. Long story short they canceled or reservations which left us without a room!!
