Great location, but avoid at all costs. Immediately, there were some sketchy characters smoking cigarettes under the “no smoking” sign. Hallways smelt of marijuana and other “substances”. For an Extended Stay, I expected some more amenities, but apparently you can only get them “if they are available”… I had no hair dryer, no ironing board, no cutlery, no coffee machine… I expected more after seeing what typical Extended Stays look like/come with, and this was not it. Elevator felt like it was going to break down and they're were roaches on the wall and as soon as you walk in the hallways smelled like marijuana. The location was ideal but the hotel needs some serious work.
My husband and I stayed at extended stay in Burbank location for 3 months and staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Catering to each and every need they went above and beyond!!
There good people at the one in Burbank ask for Melissa she the manager there she help out with everything we needed and her staff there I recommended the one in Burbank is the best one to stay and y'all are the cheapest place around La in the most friendly ones
