I needed a place for a longer stay and this spot worked well for what I needed. The building is older and some fixtures show their age, but it aligns with its price point. The rate I booked at was fair and the overall value made sense. My room had more of an apartment feel, which made it practical and easy to settle into. Jose is very helpful and kind of person
Terrible customer service. We arrived late in the night and were told that due to an audit we would not have access to our room. We reached out in advance to inform them that we would be arriving late and they did not inform us of the audit. Now we are forced to sit and wait in the parking lot at 1 in the morning with no access to a restroom and no idea when we will be able to get into our room. Save your money.
