We had a confirmed booking at Stay America Arcadia through Booking.com. My family and I, including my autistic child, arrived at midnight after a long trip. At the reception, we were told they couldn’t find our reservation. We waited, but the staff finally said the only option was to pay $200 (double the original rate of $100) for just a few hours of sleep.
