I have been here about 4 months now! At first my husband and I stay was not very pleasant. I've made previous reviews. The past month THE manager Ramon has turned this place around and cleaning it up with ones who don't want to follow the rules/policy. Now that there is a new owner all i can say about them is that they are all about money and taking it from you. I've never been in a hotel that makes you pay to WASH YOUR OWN CLOTHES!. When we first got here, a lot of things went wrong, the strong smell of weed was all in the hallways and people throwing their trash all in parking lot. Ramon has really made a difference here than when we first got here. He will do room checks every once in a while making sure nothing is damaged & no smoking. That just shows how much this place & the guests really mean to him & getting things in order and make the guest stay and return in the future
Its been great here for the most part. Some people that come here are just rude and cause issues. But thats everywhere. But ramon September and messaih are amazing
I booked a king room for our short stay for our anniversary. For the price, I didn't expect luxury but the bed had a suspicious yellow stain on the mattress box spring and the room smelled. That was after smelling weed through the hallway on the 2nd floor. Ended up running to Walmart for an air freshener. Aside from that, after getting comfortable in the room, I sat on the bed and realized that it was actually not a king. It was probably a queen (felt like a double though).
