Do to one staff member the day manager, being unable to do his job correctly. Causing a hostile environment. Speaking disrespectful and also pointing a gun at a tenant. I consider this place an unsafe environment. Speaking with The corporate office is not a help. They don't care that their staff is unprofessional.

Before we get into it, and you don't feel like reading the whole thing, this place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at (and I travel for a living), and the front desk girl September was one of the rudest hotel employees I've ever dealt with, and could not care less about the customers that were staying there. The room was not very clean. There were stains on the couch, and the window did not close all the way which made things very noisy at night. I could hear people talking and walking outside, and I could hear traffic. I should also mention that there is not a decent coffee shop within a few miles. And there isn't a Starbucks for even farther than that. Where is this place? It seems like it's kind of "nowhere".
