It was the worst experience I had, I don't recommend this hotel... You will be in a jungle of dirt and cockroaches. Added to the bad service of the team.

They lady at the desk was rude, instead of just saying that they were booked. She said to get refund from the booking.com website. Service overall was terrible.
Dirty. The room appeared older which is fine but when I went to put my child to bed her feet were covered in dirt from walking barefoot on the floor (we were only here for about 10 min that she walked barefoot). I used a baby wipe and rubbed 1 arms length and this is what it looked like. When was the last time they cleaned.
