This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing was clean, the sheets were stained, there was mold in the shower and dust caked on the a/c unit, dead bugs all over the room and the cabinets had a layer of grease. I booked this for a week and then was refused a refund when I complained that the room was dirty. I was told that the manager would be in touch, I called for a week and was never able to speak with them. I don’t usually write reviews but after staying here this past week and seeing some of the reviews on here for this location I decided I’d share about my experience. When I checked in I was helped by an impressive young man named Steve I believe. He was very friendly and professional. I say impressive because in the first part of my stay there was a fire on the property. A car caught fire in the parking lot in front of the building I stayed in. The staff was very helpful in getting us a room at a great price! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was a safe family friendly environment.
