The staff was very helpful in getting us a room at a great price! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was a safe family friendly environment.

3 out of five stars on customer service because 3 employees absolutely great. I stayed at this hotel for a good while in December into January and the overnight help Sasha is awful!! She is not very helpful and when I asked for help she was very rude. Her customer service skills definitely not on point hence over night shift!! Even at that, no one should be allowed to be short or rude to customers that ask for their key to be remade or sheets for a bed because honestly I should be able to call front desk ask for towels and s... read more

This place is a joke. I stayed for 3 weeks. My car was parked at the office on a Friday afternoon come outside to my car sitting on the ground and two tires missing. No one in the office, saw anything. Two hours prior I just pay almost $600 to stay here. The manager shows up and tells me she’s gonna have my car towed. Tells me I did not press charges. I cannot have my money back and I am forced to stay here. How does that make sense? I gotta sit here and get robbed again better yet what if I get killed? This place should be ... read more

I just wanted thank you STEVEN FOR EVERYTHING HE HAS DONE FOR ME AND MY MOM!!! We had came over here due to our apartments being closed down and the owner decided to only give us one bedroom and Steven made it happen to where we can get two queens bed instead of one I just wanted thank you Steven for everything god bless king when I leave here next week or week after definitely giving him tip!! THANK YOUUU!!!
