TV did not work in room, told staff multiple times and they could care less. You have to be incredibly specific of the things you need or they will not give them to you. They do not even had coffee filters for they pots THEY provide you. Will not stay here again, do not stay unless desperate.
1 star. Would give zero if possible. Showed up to check in with my emotional support cat and two doctor’s notes. The front desk woman immediately started arguing with me, claiming my cat “isn’t a real service animal” and demanding to know what service she provides. I had the paperwork right in front of her and she still refused to drop it. Extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The whole interaction was so hostile I never even checked in. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Avoid this place.
It's all about the location here. Easy access to everything in the Kansas City area. The room has only been cleaned once in our month long stay. If they aren't going to clean, they should provide a mop and a vacuum for us to clean. The toilet hasn't been cleaned the whole time we've been here.
