On July 31, 2026, I booked a five-night stay at Extended Stay America – Kansas City – Lenexa – 87th St. through Priceline.com. Upon entering the assigned room, I found it entirely uninhabitable and unsafe. The entry door showed physical damage and scuff marks indicative of a prior forced entry. Additionally, there were unauthorized holes drilled through the bathroom wall leading to the adjacent room, compromising privacy and physical safety. Rude hateful people at the front desk. No WiFi. They say they have it, but they do not! They just keep blaming your phone. I’ve asked a couple of longtime residence. They said they’ve never had Internet since they’ve been here.. Yet every time I complain, they tell me it’s my iPhone 14. Funny nobody in our family Can use their Wi-Fi. As soon as you walk in the room, you’re greeted with the smell of urine. Then, as you look in the kitchen, there’s bugs. Front desk is extremely, hateful. Says their pet friendly but they do not want pets here. They will do anything to not let you have a pet. Just be careful before you spend your money here. They like to keep your money and kick you out

Disgusting dirty hotel.Everything is old and out dated. It looks like the room has not been cleaned since the place was built they have cockroaches and bedbugs extremely bad . Within two hours, I was covered in bites.

Stayed there for 2 months while trying to get back on my feet. The first month was good and the second month under new management sucked!!! I paid weekly. They made me pay different amounts all the time!!! The manager was not a nice person!! Had exposed pipes under the bathroom sink. Dishwasher didn’t work and smelled really bad. They had laundry on each floor but most didn’t work very well. Elevator was out for weeks. We got kicked out because of a water line breaking in the bathroom!!
