How do you even get ahold of this hotel?? I have been trying all the numbers and extended stay America is stating this is no longer owned by them??! I am trying to extend my reservation for another day.
Isn't this place just like some desperate halfway-house (in the middle of THE COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA) for warehousing ex-cons??
The only good thing about this place is the location. We had no idea how dingy the kitchen would be, that our remote to the tv would not work, or that the toilet would be malfunctioning. A team member named Jordan told us that we could have a room with a working toilet if we were staying longer than one night. We had planned to stop back through here on Monday night, but we are cancelling. The customer service is trash.
My license plate was stolen and no one helped me to see the cameras in the place. and also the front desk let a random guy into my room at 4am, the desk guy offered me money to forget about that and no to call to the police!! (I’m sure they know each other) not safe for families at all, especially single women. Terrible experience with this place, be careful before you choose to come here.
