This place definitely has roaches. I would see one in my room every few days and in the hallway. All the door are lock beside the front so you'll have to walk around the whole building when taking out your trash. No point in the cards beside getting into your room. The laundry card reader was taken away so doing laundry is Harder to do now. Coins only with there being only two washer. The pool is has not been filled ever since I been there and was told under maintenance until September at least which will be the cold season.... read more
This new hotel is terrible .They have no Wifi. especially for 2 days.They don't have a garbage dumpster so the guest can throw away the garbage.Kay the lady from the front desk you can't trust her .She waits for the guest to leave and go back to their home town so she takes unauthorized money of $ 400 out of the person's debit or credit card.She needs to be under investigation.They are going to lose the guests if they don't turn that Wifi back on.
As a U.S. Army veteran, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel people should know before booking this Extended Stay Baymeadows Salisbury location in Jacksonville. I had a prepaid reservation and arrived ready to check in. On day one, I unloaded all of my belongings, only to be told I could not stay because I only had my military ID and not a Florida ID. The assistant general manager is so nasty and rude. It don’t hurt to be kind I would never stay here. I’ve stayed at several extended stays and always seen and heard nice friendly voices very kind very helpful voices. Just talking on the phone she was so rude I asked her name she said I’m the assistant like extended stay messed up hiring her. I would stay far away from this place.
