Very pleased
When I arrived, I couldn't check in due to computer up dates until about 1:00 AM. The outside was being painted, I didn't know what door to enter, the room needs upgrades, the medicinal cleaners are strong. Slept good , quickly.
The mgr was rude and very impolite and made sure to let everyone know what a female dog she was.
Currently here temporarily on an assignment from The Lord. The rooms are much nicer here than where I was next door at Intown Suites, but the rooms still look dated, especially on the third floor. Cheapest rates are on the 3rd floor but also that's where a lot of traffic is located. Some sit outside the emergency exit doors and smoke a cigarette or whatever. To whoever hired the guy answering your front desk phone — you made a mistake. He’s rude, condescending, and absolutely unfit for any role in hospitality. His attitude was cold, dismissive, and downright nasty, like he couldn’t care less about answering basic questions or doing his job. If he doesn't want to learn the amenities your business offers, then he doesn't deserve to be the one representing you.
