When I first arrived there was no one at the desk and I rang the doorbell at least 3 times and still no one came to let me in. A guest finally let me in the door and then about a minute later the employee came to the front desk. I was immediately informed the elevator was broken and had been that way for 1 1/2 months. I was fortunate that I didn’t have anything heavy to bring upstairs with me since I was on the 3rd floor. Ok again let's start with this is not a brand new facility. Having said that the staff here is very polite and helpful. We had all the kitchen stuff needed to save money and eat in the room. It's clean, it's safe it's a decent location. We would come back again!!
Staff is very polite there is no real continental breakfast package muffins granola bars and coffee
