Elevator has been out of order for several days. My room was out of shampoo for a couple of days. The shampoo bottle they provided was really small. I needed to ask the front desk for the very small bottle of shampoo per their policy. I waited for 20 minutes at the front desk at almost 12am and then I was told the whole hotel was out of shampoo.
Our room had very dim lights, lights in bathroom didn’t work, mold on the walls of bathroom. Outside doors were being held open with rocks. Not a safe environment front desk was not helpful
The staff was very nice! The hotel itself was disgusting. Mold and mildew smell. Elevator broken for over a month. 4$$ for a single load of laundry. Half of the doors didn't work to get back inside. The free breakfast is an absolute joke, just bad coffee and oatmeal packets. Location was the only reason we stayed.
This place is worse than the lowest reviews would indicate. I would greatly urge anyone to spend the extra money and find ANY other option.
