Shittiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was unfriendly and un-knowledgeable. Don’t waste your money at this place.
OK, Betzaida the amazing exceptional person, graceful, energetic person who help alleviate my anxiety with my concerns she was amazing. I came here in tears and needless to say when I left, I didn’t have any tears. She’s such an amazing asset to the company and thank you for all that you do I love you. I love you. It's ok ☺️. Great Continental breakfast . Bring your own coffee. It said they had dishes not mine in the room. Elevator creeky make me want to take the stairs but leg not ready . Located by Trill burger, Demerious bbq and Trader Joes. If you don't drive you can catch the bus to Galleria. Also close to Target plenty of snow bunnies . Quiet place peaceful.

This has been a reliable safe and secure Extended Stay for me over the years that I have used many times for work. When there has been bad weather in Houston, either Hurricane Harvey, winter ice storms, other flooding, you name it...this Extended Stay has been an affordable place for me to stay for a night or even several nights. This place is close to the medical center and a major freeway/highway, it's not in a dangerous area or anything, but that being said I wouldn't put it past anyone to use this place for illicit/weird... read more
