The front desk lady named Tiffany I believe was rude as all get out and the room I paid for was no longer available when I got here. So Im paying more than what I should be when I'm not getting a deluxe double bed room only a single queen room. I would like some kind of discount rate back on my card for the inconvenience please and thank you
