I love it over here, I left from the City View location because it was horrible. It’s more homey over here at the Southwest location, Teresa has been more than great to me and my family, it’s clean, housekeeping actually comes up to the room. This review is real and true. The beds don’t wobble, full kitchen, full bathroom, rooms are spacious.
This was a terrible hotel. It was dirty, many broken things in the room such as the lock on the door, the toilet, the bathroom fan, one of the beds. We told the front desk but nothing was fixed. We asked for more towels because we had 3 people and only 2 towels but they said they didn't have any more. Hallway smelled and had trash in it. Would never stay there again.
NO!!! Do not do it!! I literally walked in, took one look around and walked out. My room had not been cleaned at all and was gross and run down. It smelled bad, there was hair all over the bed and in the bathroom and no telling what else, I didn’t stay long enough to find out. I didn’t even set my bag down or touch anything. When I went back down to the front desk I was told that there was no other rooms to move me to. I felt bad for the girl at the front desk because I don’t think she was aware, but regardless. The staff are wonderful, truly. Every single person I met was very kind and helpful, and even joked around with us a little, which I really enjoyed. The room, however, is abysmal. We found roaches in our room immediately. I woke up with one in my HAIR this morning. The elevator is a year out of inspection date, and the building itself often smells poorly. I would not consider this hotel livable in any capacity. Even if the staff are wonderful people, staying in this room has proved to be a genuine nightmare. I was at least ... read more
