I have had such a great experience with the staff and their customer service goes above & beyond!! Jai is so helpful & pleasant, including the management team Joe Johnson and Mindy. Very professional staff. Target is right near by and there are plenty of restaurants and places to enjoy near by.
It was a mess after a long 12 hour road trip we just wanted to relax and nope we couldn't and mind you that I had booked a 2-day stay and I booked it like a month in advance and when I got there the lady was saying that they didn't have a room available and I was telling her I don't understand cuz I've already booked it and I called the lady in the morning to confirm it and everything was okay so she said let me see what I can find and she found a room and it was disgusting it was a disaster there was no sheets there was no ... read more
I reserved a little over a week at this location and the room was dirty not to mention the floors were super dirty. I've been watched by guest and management. Which makes it unpleasant to be here. I had to extend as I'm looking for a place of my own and was moved upstairs and now have concerns about my safety. My friend had a welfare check done on my 7/24/25 and the Police were told by management that im not a guest here. That is very concerning. Not a good impression if something happens to me.
They were nasty smell like smoke beyond dirty. I left and went to a different hotel.
From the beginning of my stay front desk was polite and helpful. I would love to thank Joseph and another front desk employee for greeting my family and our dog and seeing that we were settled in a timely manner. My first room was ok the only issue was the tidy of the room. The beds were clean and made but not so good of housekeeping floors were not either swept good or vacuumed properly.
