I couldn’t have selected a better temporary home for my boys and myself. Management and staff were understanding and patient when I had financial troubles and wasn’t quick to put us out on the street. The entire staff became my extended “village”, they looked out for my boys, kept them in check, and had room keys on standby when they would misplace them. Lobby staff was very nice. The room however is quite possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in and I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can reverse this transaction. The floors are filthy, stains and trash everywhere, it smelled terrible of urine and marijuana. Please, do not stay here. The only redemption is that I'm only staying one night.
The front desk staff was awesome! The room could have been a lot cleaner, the floors were dirty and filled with dog hair!
Hair on floor - 3 long blond clumps 2 crappy pillows No glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans No overhead light in bathroom. Supply a table lamp, but it’s not very useful when trying to put on makeup or shave. No sheer drapes, So it’s either always dark in the room or people can look right in. No hand towel Filthy range, fridge (outside) and sink 1 hanger Fitted sheet 2 inches too short No blow dryer Trash under the ski trash under the stairs stinks Obviously used to be a smoking room
