Imma start off by addressing what concerns me the most about staying here. I don’t know what is going on exactly but for some reason they keep charging my card hidden fees that they do not tell me about as they’re incurring on my room and then when I’m paying for my room, another week , they’ll actually charge my card the hidden fees along with the room charge without telling me. Room had roaches, beds sheets not clean, it had animal hair and big spots of dirty.. It seems that they do not clean the sheets of the beds. Reservation states that breakfast is included, but the only breakfast that is available, is coffee and bars of nutrition.
Horrible customer service! None of the front desk people are on the same page. I asked for a late check out and was told two different things, and then when I spoke with the manager hours after paying for a whole nother night, she explained something totally different than what the lady at the front desk stated earlier in the day. Who knew requesting a late check out was such a big deal, especially when the rooms arent even cleaned immediately upon check out. On 7/18/2025, the General Manager, Tammy Raspberry, checked us in. We initially told her we wanted first floor, due to our 7 year old special needs son. My son is on Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 3. We explained to her he has to be on the first floor. We are concerned about him jumping up and down in the room and getting kicked out due to other guest's complaints.
