I would like to say I’m in a hard situation with my children and I have to admire the ladies that work the front! Wonderful ladies! The place is clean and me and my children enjoyed it here! And to the oh so wonderful manger thank you for understanding me and giving me and my children time to get our things! This place is horrible. The room stunk the hall stunk the sheets and towels stunk, we killed 3 roaches in our room, when we checked out we told the front desk she acted like she didn't care. I do not recommend this place at all.
Absolutely terrible rooms. One room smelled like mold and bleach the other smelled like someone used the restroom and didn't flush
Probably the worst cancellation policy out of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked out over a month in advance and of course plans change so with still 3 weeks out I called to cancel. To my surprise in order to get any refund you have to have canceled within 24 hours of making the reservation. So now I have to either except I've lost the money or stay someplace extremely inconvenient to my new plans. Thanks extended stay, I will never use one of your businesses again!
