Best extended stay hotel ever
Dena is a great manager and handles everything with extreme professionalism. If Dena is there, you are in good hands. Excellent staff all around, from front desk to maintenance. Good hotel. Breakfast isnt much but I dont believe that should affect the overall rating.
Some of the best staff ever, Kami, Ramona, and Miss Tina, and Danielle you can never go wrong with!!! They make you feel at home
All right, I hope to be able to remove this review in a couple days. For now, I am not happy-- I made a reservation a week ago for an upcoming trip to Fort Wayne, which has now been postponed. I don't know the exact new dates yet. I just called the hotel and spoke to "T" at the front desk about how my trip is being postponed and she asked if I'd like to switch my reservation to the new dates, but I don't have those quite yet and so I asked if I could just cancel them for now and then call later to rebook, and she enthusiasti... read more
