Clean, comfortable for a single person, friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. I would give my business here every time.
Dirty rooms - dishes left dirty from last guest. Saving money is not worth this
Unmarked, but last door on left of ground floor is 'business office' with free internet terminals and printing, though the latter can be a little dicey.
Eat at Gilbert across the street. they have the best burger and key lime pie
