Check-in was fine, and I’ll give them credit—the price was good. BUT the roaches completely ruined the experience. There is absolutely no excuse for having roaches in a hotel room. I don’t care how cheap the room is, I should NOT have to share it with bugs. 🤢 A hotel is supposed to be CLEAN and sanitary. Seeing roaches immediately makes me question what else is crawling around that I didn’t see. The fact that they’re comfortable renting out rooms with a roach problem is disgusting. THEY HAVE BEDBUGS AND ROACHES !!! Was supposed to receive a refund for my stay and never received one . Rooms are DIRTY and doesn’t smell good at all . This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at .
