I had to kill a cricket in the bathtub the first night, then a huge roach a few days later. The website stated that there was a gym and pool on-site, there was neither. I had a full kitchen and had to ask the front desk for a plate and pans. They documented what I got from them. I was so anxious about sleeping in the room. The ONLY good thing about the room was the bed was soft.
