Needs serious improvement in housekeeping and service While the staff was polite, the overall experience was disappointing. The sheets were not refreshed, and I had to change them myself. Additionally, there is no housekeeping or towel service—you must go to the front desk for any replacements. Not the level of comfort I expected from a hotel. Great halue for your money
Service overall was subpar. Getting someone’s attention at the front desk was almost impossible. On one occasion I rang the desk bell like 15 times. I wish I was exaggerating. I received only one key so I went downstairs to ask for a copy since I was heading out early. Come to find out the front desk agent couldn’t find my reservation because apparently I wasn’t even checked in, even tho my family and I were already in the room with a room key.
