My experience here has been really great so far! All of the people at the front desk are so friendly and quick to get what you need. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Pros Sometimes understanding customer needs and help in providing suitable room. Manager Tony has been kind in trying to understand the customer needs. Cons Keep monitoring your stuff all the time Overspent of efforts in asking for basic services like cleaning even after two weeks. Front desk can enter room of customer who is paying rent without permission saying it’s not your house Don’t expect hygiene even on asking for it No contact for escalation
