Awesome place to stay Connie was great
Stayed two weeks., will not refresh the room. With blankets, sheets, pillowcases, also towels say I have to pay an additional fee. If I want that done. And I'm staying two weeks with the same stuff. Not great service. If I had stayed. Every night and checked out I would have cleaned stuff. So why can't I have clean stuff while I'm here for two weeks?

First off took quite a while to check in reservations was closed had to get on the telephone to get the room once we got in the room somebody was heavily smoking the bathroom was engulfed with cigarette smoke went to check out in the morning no one's at the desk got on the phone to check out still no service so now I have to spend my time bringing this key back because I have no clue of the checkout process here
We got there for checking and the front desk was closed like there was a garage door over it. We had to use a telephone to call reservations so that we could check in. Don't offer rooms if you're not going to be open when people come. The ventilation is very poor someone was smoking a gazillion cigarettes and it was all through the bathroom. Every time they smoke. Which seem like it was all night. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very light. The tub was rusted at the drain and it had very poor drainage. The towels... read more
