Date: January 5, 2026 I want to start by saying that the front desk staff were extremely kind and professional. If I remember their names correctly the older black lady Ms. Connie and the younger black lady Ms. Deborah were both warm, respectful, and helpful during my stay. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this experience. The condition of this hotel is unacceptable and unsanitary.
