The place was big. When we first got there around 12am, we had to call the assistance, that took a very long time. We waited for about 30 minutes till someone unlocked the door and checked us in. The room was quite nice and big. The kitchen was nice too. The bathroom sink drain wasn't working, but we told the front desk, and it wasn't really fixed. They just told us to keep it in some way. The view was pretty. There were many stores nearby, walking distance, so the location was nice.

We checked in on 06/20/26 at approximately 8:00 PM. After checking in, we left to attend a concert and returned to the hotel around 3:00 AM. When we arrived back, we attempted to enter through the main entrance using our access key, but the key did not work. To make matters worse, there was no receptionist or hotel staff available at the front desk to assist guests during after-hours.
