We are staying for 10 days i wish I only knew what I know now about this hotel. It has to be the worst extended stay hotel I have even seen. Upon checking in it took over 30 min for someone to come to the front desk. The room it self was dirty there was no kitchen utensils the pillows where paper thin. I asked for some utensils and was told I could purchase them for $60.00. I also asked about pillows and towels and was charged another $20.00. Quiet, most of the staff is friendly and good location for shopping, dining, etc.
This place is awesome. So glad we found it. Staff is very professional and helpful.
The room was clean and well-maintained. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The woman at the lobby was rude — she grabbed my ID and key card and slammed them on the desk without speaking to me. Her behavior came across as unprofessional. I travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels, and this has been the only negative experience I’ve had in this area. I would have left, but I had already paid and was unable to get a refund.
Guests of Hispanic background may want to avoid this hotel, as the service can make one feel unwelcome.
