well it was a mess. I went through booking.com which I always do for my reservations they had me down twice had me for a lot more money I said just give me my money back I'm not going to do that and the lady was nice enough to try to fix the problem which I don't know where it came from but it's more of a place for people that live there and not just stay a couple of nights I only did it because it was more reasonable. can't say that I do it again.
I’ve brought customers here for years for extended stays but this is the first time I’ve ever needed to stay here myself. The entire staff is wonderful from the maintenance man JAKE to the CustomerService of GSR ANNA. I highly recommend this establishment and will continue to bring my customers in need here, as well as myself if ever need be in the future.

They will not work with you at all unless you have the full week up front! Now I understand this as a consumer but they don't give you the best rate right off the bat if you book the weekly rate online it's usually more than what they can offer as a discount. The general manager is very Stone Cold and will not work with anyone it's either daily or weekly
Staff is respectful and very nice peaceful clean place to stay.
