Clean Room. Great Price. Full kitchen. No utensils but we have our own. Walking distance to Target and Hy-Vee and a Walgreens at the end of the block. Parking Lot was Safe and well lit. Neighbors were quiet by 10. Definitely would stay again if in the area.
STAY AWAY! NOT ADA COMPLIANT! For context: Was informed at check-in by apathetic employee that it is “hotel policy” to charge for second service animal. This “policy” was not listed anywhere on their site, nor mentioned when we spoke to them on the phone prior to arriving, and violates federal law. Adults with disabilities are on fixed incomes and adding $160 to the bill last minute is unacceptable. Had to find last minute accommodations at a law-abiding hotel. Everything you want for a long term stay away from your home. Anna and Mrs D are so nice and helpful! And a full kitchen so you don't have to eat out every meal.
Decontee is the best. Very helpful and made my stay perfect.
