Bed was great! Shower luke warm. TV adequate but you can’t watch Netflix etc. carpet NASTY. Stains everywhere. No ice machine, only ice trays in freezer.

Customer Service is more than 5 stars! Kim at the front desk is amazing!!! Make sure you ask for her. She’ll brighten your day! She took time to help me with my reservation and ensure everything was accurate. She was aware of every detail to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Her customer service skills were top notch! I wasn’t expecting such great customer service when booking the stay. Also the hotel and rooms are very clean and in a safe area of teen. Worth the stay! Great price! Great Location!
