The lady at the counter when we arrived in the evening (Symone was her name)was wonderful, helpful and kind. On the other hand the lady in the morning was not...no coffee at 8:20am, so we went to grab breakfast and came back to grab our other car as I'm relocating to a new state, so we asked to use the bathroom and she stated they don't have a public bathroom...that's not true as I was checking in a lady asked and used the bathroom in the lobby area. I recently stayed at Extended Stay America and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, Faye provided outstanding service that truly made my visit memorable. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place, especially for the fantastic staff like Faye. I can’t wait to return!
I am very humble and grateful when it comes to having a safe space to lay my head, and overall I had a wonderful experience. However, the one thing I would like to point out is the rude behavior from one staff member. The Spanish lady working at the front desk was unapologetically rude and passive-aggressive toward me for no reason whatsoever. Stay away, room wasn't even cleaned beforehand and there was a cockroach in the shower, never coming here again
